Most clients start with either weekly or bi-weekly sessions depending on various factors. Over time, we adjust based on your progress and needs.

No, I’m private pay only. Many clients use their out-of-network benefits for partial reimbursement. I am happy to assist and provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement.
